EYE:
Very luminous golden colour. Numerous, very fine bubbles with the formation of a very fine foam.
NOSE:
The nose is seductive, with scents of lime blossom and fresh grapefruit. There is great complexity, with aromas of flowers
and white fruit (pear, mirabelle plum, acacia)...
PALATE:
Well-balanced on the palate, with notes of butter and fresh honey. A subtle vanilla finish with very fine length.
